Nancy M, Kirkland: I am so grateful to have Melanie and Travis in my life to care for my golden retriever, Sophie, when I travel, whether it be for a weekend or 2 a two-week trip. Sophie has been with them on and off for nearly 8 years now and I know that she probably gets as much, if not more, love and attention from them than if she were home. From being a healthy pup, to an elderly girl with medications to manage, I can leave and know that she is in the best possible hands- basically the same as being with family. I can not imagine leaving her with anyone else.
